* Prices are indicative and are adjusted to the floor area, the floor level, the condition of the installations and the client's specific requirements.
Your property, without the worry
Fees range from 7% to 10% of the annual rent, paid yearly in advance or monthly pro rata, depending on the package.
- Rent collection
- Tracking of payments and arrears
- Communication with the tenant
- Handling of damage and maintenance (repair costs are paid by the owner, once the quote is approved)
- Updates on tax obligations
- Periodic property inspections
Minimum charge: €50 per month for properties with rent below €350.
Additional fees: finding and vetting a new tenant (one month's rent, one-off) and legal support in case of eviction or dispute, priced by agreement.
