How much does a renovation cost?
As a guide, from €180/m² (Basic), €500/m² (Plus) and €650/m² (Premium). The final price depends on the floor area, the floor level, the condition of the installations and your requirements — which is why we start with a site visit.
How do we get started?
Get in touch through the form, by phone or by email. We note what you need, arrange a site visit and propose the solution that fits your space and budget.
Do you handle the permits too?
Yes. Our engineers handle building permits, studies, certificates and declarations, so you keep one partner from the permit to the handover.
Can you legalise unauthorised building work?
Yes, we handle legalisation under Law 4495/2017, as well as the electronic building ID.
Which areas do you cover?
Mainly Athens, the southern suburbs and East Attica — for example Glyfada, Kypseli, Gerakas, Palaio Faliro and Pikermi. For other areas, just ask.
Can you manage the property after the renovation?
Yes. For long-term rentals the fee is 7% (Basic) or 10% (Premium) of the annual rent; for short-term rentals such as Airbnb it is 20% of bookings. See the details under Packages.
