This service concerns property owners who either live away from their property or are residents abroad or do not wish to deal with the monitoring of the lease, i.e. with the collection of rents, the monitoring of accounts and in general any kind of work that involves their involvement in the lease. This management model is for owners who do not want to let their property either for short-term rental or rental to a company, they just want someone to represent them in all matters of the lease with a small monthly commission on top of the rent as a fee . It is a purely auxiliary service, since they remain at the helm of the property and are informed about everything and decide on it.

Full property management is provided with a 20% commission on bookings.
In case you do not want our involvement in the finances of the property (receipts-payments-tax revenue registration), the management fee is reduced and now includes communication services, property registration on the platforms and price management.
COMMENTS
In the case of electronic co-hosting only, then a further reduction in the management fee is provided.
Only "20%" includes reception of guests.
The above fees are EXEMPT from the 24% VAT due to real estate income.
